At Tri 21 Scents, every fragrance is handcrafted with care using high-quality ingredients. Because our products are personal in nature, we have the following policy in place.

All Sales Are Final

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all fragrance products are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any scented products once they have been opened or used.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will gladly provide a replacement or store credit, depending on product availability.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Shipping Issues

Tri 21 Scents is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
