Living with Trisomy 21 (Down Syndrome), Samar's courage, individuality, and determination sparked the vision to create a luxury fragrance brand rooted in purpose. As the brand's founder and inspiration, Samar represents the values of authenticity and self-expression that Tri 21 Scents embodies. Shareefah Waters brings over two decades of leadership experience to Tri 21 Scents. After serving 24 years in the U.S. Army, she earned a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, equipping her with the strategic and operational expertise to manage the brand's day-to-day functions. As Manager, Shareefah oversees business operations, ensuring that every aspect of Tri 21 Scents reflects the brand's commitment to quality and purpose. Her military background instilled discipline and attention to detail, qualities that help maintain the boutique standards customers expect from the brand.
